I dunno Ed. At 36" you sound more like an adult male than a fatass. In fact, I don't see how a healthy man with a moderate squatass could fit into anything less than a 36.

But consider the source. I'm a 5' 10" fatfuck with poor calorie partitioning.

well i only squat 275 3x5 right now. I am 5' 11" but naturally, if i dont workout, i have a pretty small and frail looking build. i used to be 140 at one point and would fit into a 31" size pants.

i just know for a fact that i am not 15-18% like rip says i can be in the "clarification" article. and i am sick of people calling me fat!! lol!!

i guess im going to have to repost in the jon shaeffer section i think something happened to my post.

Maybe search around abit first, this isnt exactly a unique case. Also John sometimes takes a while to approve new threads. If you do read around you will find:

    1. Fasted walks on off days
    2. Carb curfew
    3. Separation of carbs/fats (always with protein)
    4. High meal frequency (like 6+)

I've started to lean out ever so slightly over the last month or so. I dont know if it's because the weights are finally getting sort of heavy (last squat was 330x5x3) or if it is the walks and carb curfew, that I've implemented.

Just to say that, as the clarification article states, some of this shit comes as a natural part of progression as you start to clean up your diet and eat less carbs and (even) more meat.

Damn it, everyone that weights the same as me while being 7 inches taller needs a sammich (or 3).
