Update, saw pt today, and he told me it was time to go back to the doctor, otherwise insurance would stop soon. He wants me to get an MRI of my hips
    Someone please. Help.
Not too much pain while walking today. Picked up some random things too. When I tried chinups though, it hurt my left side a bunch. But I stopped before it was really bad. Good for me.

New update, saw doc. He wants me to come back for a blood test tomorrow and see if there is some kind of inflammatory blood thing going on.
If not, to the back specialist.

    Ok. New new update
Got brave ( and afriad of paying for an MRI) and was lIke( what the hell, ill try this again. Did pt, then bill Starr , so 45x3x25. Slooooww. And idk if I quiite hit depth, my hammies felt really tight. Sorry, no VID, ill get one tomorrow if I'm feeling good.
I felt my inner right thigh wiggle a bit in the last set, and that's where I'm feeling it the most- inner thigh way up in crotch wrapping up to inside front top part of right knee.
And I even asked the girl out id been crushing on that gave me ice- and she said yes!
Maybe its not always best to listen to the doctor- especially when they don't seem tonhave a clue what's up. Still, overall great day! I hope haha, let's see how the thigh feels tomorrow

It appears that you are helping yourself well enough. You're squatting.

    Well done, keep going.

"really bad" isn't very descriptive. My feedback is that you need to get better at being descriptive.

    Sorry!

My right inner thigh, beginning after the squat set, was in pain starting last night, going from the inner thigh all the way up to the top inner part of the knee.

I woke up and it was worse this morning. I had to walk around today a bit, and that did not feel so great.

in the middle of a set last night, I squeezed my left glute a bit too hard while at the bottom of a rep, and I felt a twinge that went away actually fairly quickly.Today though it was a pain that went down the full length of my left hamstring, it was a nerve pain I am fairly familiar with, the nerve from the lower lumbar back (not too descriptive, hope that helps)

the third and final place is way up on the inside of the top of my left hamstring, like way up there.

I have a standing desk at home. Standing at that for less than an hour was not fun. I think the walking might have helped though. not sure. My current plan is to keep icing tonight, foam roll, and hope for better tomorrow.

okay, hope that's better! thanks again

    omg. duh. adjectives!
the pain in my right inner thigh burns with movement, and the same for the inner thigh on the left. the pain that runs down my left hammy is more of a numbness while sitting, but can act up when I move.

    K I'm done

You know how when you've had a bad cold, for the couple of weeks after you recover, every time you cough or feel a bit snotty you think the cold is coming back, but if the cough or snot happened at any other time you'd think nothing of it? It's the same with pain. After you've been injured you become hyperaware of every little twinge, shit you normally wouldn't even think of.

    Don't sweat it. Keep squatting.
