Acute pain like an injury or just sore?
I know this question has been asked before but, lately when I work out, the next day my lower mid and left back areas hurt non-stop. I try very hard to pay close attention to my form and I don't feel any back pain when doing my exercises (squat, deadllifts, standing press, bench press). Is the pain unrelated or does it just take a day or so to show up?? I have never had a back injury but sometimes when I wake up, it is hurting from, I presume, the bed i sleep on? Thoughts?
