    I was watching random videos and found this to be interesting and relevant, the first 5 minutes especially. Simultaneous Training.

    You can make consistent progress as an intermediate while skiing/riding regularly.. I did. Just be smart.. if you are totally wiped postpone the workout or drop the volume. My biggest setback was knee tweaks.

    starting strength coach development program
    My first week here, I went both Sat and Sun, but that seemed to be a bit much. Since then, I've been going just on Saturdays which has been fine. I'm wiped out as fuck on Sundays, though so I just eat and rest.
