This is probably unconventional, but I figured posting a video of me explaining the pain and location and what causes the pain is better than writing several detailed paragraphs.

I felt a pop in my hip while I was warming up about 5-6 days ago right as I was beginning my ascent out of the hole. It hurt enough that I stopped squatting, but it wasn't a very debilitating pain, and I was able to deadlift and bench press afterward. I haven't squatted since then.

I can still squat down to depth without much pain, but as soon as I hit the hole and drive upward, I feel the tightness and some pain. Right now, I can't even squat 135 pounds.

If anyone has any input, I greatly appreciate it.
