    Default Adductor Soreness

Over the last few months I experienced constant groin soreness from squats. More specifically where the adductor attaches to the pubic bone. I continued to train then felt a pop on the left side. This happened when I was pushing knees out at the bottom. I had to take a week off and the soreness is now back to its normal state. I am heading to the Houston seminar in Feb. but scared to get reinjured so close to the seminar date.

I'd suggest rolling and perhaps stretching those puppies before you start squatting. DeFranco's "agile 8" (and "limber 11") give a couple of warmups I've found helpful: Joe DeFranco's "Limber 11" in 11 smooth looping gifs - Album on Imgur
