    Question Dizziness well after workout!

I've been following and progressing in this program and now into 6th week. On Friday, and several hours after my workout, I felt extremely dizzy. This lasted into Saturday and I assumed it was a virus bug or an ear thing (I swim, too). About 1 hour after my workout today I got dizzy but it passed much more quickly. This concerns me as it's not something that's happened during any other strenuous workout.
I'm squatting 3x5 100lbs, bench pressing 3x5 65lbs (same for overhead) and deadlifting 1x5 120lbs. I'm female, 60, 130 lbs, excellent health, no meds and a marathoner. Always worked out - always been fit and strong, so no obvious reason to be dizzy. And I have no other symptoms. Is it possible this is related to exertion, improper breathing technique, dehydration (less likely IMHO). I'm hoping it's an adaptation phase. Any ideas? Thanks for listening.

    Low blood pressure, perhaps?
