Squat 230 lbs
Bench 155 lbs
Press 90 lbs
Deadlift 220 lbs - slow cos of grip but increasing again as now using alternate grip. Became stuck as continued to use 2x overhand.
Power clean 110 lbs.
Height 5'-7"
I'm living in the Middle East, so ordered the books from Amazon, bought some kit, watched YouTube SS channel and Untamed Strength and got on with the job of getting stronger.
With nobody to train with in the house. the videos of Austin Baraki are inspirational with what he can achieve.
