After doing power cleans last Friday, I noticed a huge bump on my clavicle. Until today, there hasn't been any pain, and even today it's probably a 1 on the pain index. I basically just notice that it's not "right". However, I was able to do all my exercises, including an OHP, without any issue.

It's a pain in the ass to go into the doctor in general where I live, and I'm just wondering if anyone has any input. I don't really know the anatomy so I can't really guess what else it could be, other than a bone in the wrong position. Here's a picture if it helps at all. The swelling has gone down quite a bit, but is still present.

    Thanks for any input

Can't see too much on the pics. But without pain, a fracture is unlikely. Probably just a little swelling from bumping the bar against it, maybe a callus being born.

Yeah, the first day it looked a little like that, probably a little less swollen and without the cut. I just don't understand how bumps work, I've never actually really had a bump before. I imagined them being softer but it feels pretty hard, like bone, so I thought I'd ask to be sure.

Broken bones usually give a dull ache and a full break will give crepitus (bone grinding on bone, ugh!). Probably just a haematoma, unsightly and may take a while to go.
