    Default pulled back muscle rehab?

    Hi, I've been on the sslp for two months now. My squat has gone from 205x5x3 to 290x5x3. Doing my 295 squat sets today my middle back rounded just out of the trap on the last set and pulled a muscle on the right side. It a very specific pain that is only painful when the muscle is contracted in a concentric moevement The pull seemed to happen because I straightened back up immediately (the other choice was spinal damage I assume). If it weren't for that forms mistake I am 100% sure I would have gotten the rest of my reps. What I'm wondering is if I should do a few back off workouts to be sure it's fully healed, or go for 295 this Wednesday if the pain has subsided by then.

    If subsided, go for the 295. See how your warm-ups feel that day.
