So rolled my foot a few weeks ago 2/3 of the way through my SSLP and 2 days ago did it again and possibly have a broken bone somewhere in my fore foot. Obvious answer would probably be to hold off on squatting and deadlifting until the bone heals if that is even the case. Anyone ever dealt with something like this before and how long did it take to heal? I can hobble around and my ankle doesn't want to give out but the fore foot hurts when put lots of pressure on it. Doctor is closed today but I am gonna get an xray in the morning and see what is up.
