I think Jordan talked about it in a podcast with Rip as well.
Got my blood chemistry today, and the Doctors are alarmed by my elevated CPK, ALT, and AST levels and told me stop lifting.
I trained around 14 hrs before my blood was taken.
Would like to have a second opinion and some advice on how to proceed with the doctors.
My cpk levels are 7070 U/L
ALT 64 U/L
AST 116 U/L
Should I be alarmed? Or is this normal? All other criteria for my blood is good. Only the three listed above caused concern.
Any doctors here that lift that can help with my queries? Thanks in advance!

Another one dear to my heart because my BUN (Blood Urea Nitrogen) is slightly high. Dr. always says, "Hydrate more." I just nod and say, "OK."
