Just started lifiting with my Best Belts 4inch belt a few weeks ago. I have been noticing a progressive pain - like a deep tissue bruise - developing just below my left mid back, about where my lat and erectors meet and where the top edge of the belt is when I squat. Today was a heavier squat day and the pain suddenly worsened at depth on a rep, so much so that I had to stop because it was preventing me from staying tight. Anybody experience anything similar? Am i wearing the belt wrong?

Thanks. Should I wear the back of the belt lower? the front is centered on my navel.
