    It seems to be working. However, I have kept doing chins and curls the whole time even though at first they both hurt like hell. A search of the board for "medial epicondylitis" or "golfer's elbow" shows that Rip recommends chins and curls to rehab it. So it may have been the chins and curls or the combination of those two with the flexbar.

    A closer grip and a pair of wrist wraps eventually cured my tennis elbow.
