I guess if you are putting too much weight on your veins then there is a chance of getting your veins worse. So you need to be careful with your veins while you workout. But I think it's good to get a treatment for your veins so that you can do your workouts without any trouble. I had the same problem before and my doc advised either get a treatment or better stop the heavy workout.
