There's an advice that to sleep without an alarm. It's thought that the body will wake itself up after enough sleep.

To OP: I tried lying flat on my back, hands on my stomach, close my eyes and stay motionless. (Any comfortable position is fine, but this is the best position for me) That's how i "actively" fall myself to sleep.
