What to do about pec injury
I slightly injured myself while pressing. The area that is injured is where the pectoralis meets the deltoid at the front part of the chest at the arm pit. I slightly reinjured it today when I attempted bench press. What should I do lay off the pressing for a while or use lighter weights? Should I try to work out the uninjured right side and do tricep work as well? Thanks for help.

Have typed this in to a Google search: site:startingstrength.com starr rehab? If not it would be a good place to start if you think it's a tear. Any bruising at the pain site?
