Yes, go ahead and microload sq/dl. If she insists on not cleaning, DL every time will get a bit much, alternate with some sort of chinup or row.
Note that in the examples I gave, most women took 2.5kg jumps, but had injuries, illness, holidays etc, so deloads, so the effect was adding 30kg or so to their squat work weight in 3 months, they just started in different places. Maon variable was sessions done. Eg 36 for the 21yo 97.5kg lifter, 20 for the 62yo one with 52.5kg work weights.
So progression was the same as doing that mamy workouts in those 3 months and adding 1kg a time.
At 162cm her ultimate athletic bodyweight should be 65.to 69kg. Women weightlifters in the 69 class are about 162cm; the 63 and 59 are 158 or so. But 5'2" is 158cm, so clarify that. Either way, at least 10kg more for top strength. Of course, the top women weightlifters have been doing it 5 to 10 yrars, so no hurry. She'll need a few more kg soon though or will get stuck.
