    No progress on your squat for 3 months? What increment are you using?

    Have you had anyone look at your form on your lifts? Submitted any videos to the coaches or anything?

    "No progress" was a poor choice of words. I realised I was squatting very high, so I reset and climbed back up.

    All my lifts have been moving, but I have to grind hard the last 2 reps. Missed the last rep on presses yesterday for the first time in forever. Chin ups and pull ups are stalled at around 3x9 for weeks now.

    Still not eating enough. I'm aiming for ~4500 calories a day but averaged out over the week I'm probably under 4000.

    On the plus side, I have gained 20kg BW in 6 months (56k to 76kg). Could be better, could definitely be worse!
