Need to get stronger for Crossfit
My sport is Crossfit. It's only at a recreational level, but I still want to be as good as I can be. In order to improve my performance I should get stronger. The last few years I have combined SS/TM with CF and have made improvements in both, but maybe not at an optimal pace.
Do you think it's a good strategy to do only SS/TM for a while, say 4-6 months? Or would it work to have one session a week doing conditioning and technique practice? I think for example that Wendler suggests doing some conditioning in between 5/3/1 sessions, e.g. hill sprints or prowler.
