My physiotherapist told me not to.
Yes I have red the book.
    Yes , I'm a book geek.

But Bill I get your point , thanks but what I meant was not necessarily be able to touch toes before deadlift but fix my super tight hamstrings before I start deadlifting to avoid injuries. Since my flexors and hip won't do the move, it was going straight to my back and on deadlift it shouldn't be my back what takes stress.

Btw I've been Romanian Deadlift to work on my hamstrings and help it take the load not my back.

Please check my deadlift GIFs above because in 1 month I have some achievements already. Before I had to bend my knees more because of my posture.

Thanks for your support mate .

Does your physiotherapist squat or deadlift? Because if not, I would take the advice for exactly what it is--pulled directly from the ass.

You are able to bend down and grab the bar. That is all that is required to deadlift. Now just go through the five steps as stated in the book.

I looked at a couple of your GIFs.

Your back is in extension, the bar is going up. This is a deadlift.

Also, your initial position is not so good.... I honestly got more out of watching the videos on the site here taken from the DVD than I did reading the book, but I'm a visual learner. Check them out, you're making some easily corrected mistakes right at the beginning.

Appart from the deadlifts not looking that bad: check out the plate diameter. I'm not sure but they look smaller than the standard size to me.

You're right I was warming up. Then today I Deadlift 50 kgs . Put big plates. Also it's a bit higher and helps .
