    I have foam rolled. With regular sessions, I felt better for it. I really should get back to it.

    I do the same on my low back, only with a baseball. the foam roller/baseball combo is just a cheap version of deep tissue massage. i have previous injuries in my low back that make it soooo tight (probably scar tissue) and the pressure feels nice almost like im gonna have an orgasm

    I like to warm up with the foam roller on top of a Bosu ball. Having to balance while doing it strengthens my fine muscles and, of course, muscle confusion. It's functional. If I have time I'll knock out a few sets of light curls in the squat rack to warm up fully.
