Starting strength novice
Hi Mark,
I recently starting your program as from the app and have read part of the book (mostly in relation to lifts themselves regarding form and techniques) I am in the middle the rest as I start the program.
I have previous lifting experiences working with trainers focusing on power lifts two times previously while making significant strength gains during such periods. Ive come to notice although only 4 workouts that I have enough to strength to at the very least double the reps of the last set of each lift , all while complying with warmups and rest times, can I move up in weight faster than prescribed by the app? Or should I just continue follow along?

Follow the program and give it time. The easiness will wear off eventually. I promise.
