Default Training considerations for extra lumbar vertebrae

    Hello all,

I've been running the LP for the past 7 weeks. Everything is going well and all of my lifts are increasing as expected. Here are some stats:

    Male
    32 years old
    6'-1"
    245 lbs
    44" waist at belly button
    50" chest
    34" inseam (floor to balls)
    76" wingspan

I'm concerned with my lower back/hips. I was born with an extra lumbar vertebrae. Basically an L-6. I've had low back pain most of my adult life that I manage with NSAIDs and occasionally I have to take narcotic pain meds and muscle relaxers. My back feels stronger than ever now since I've started lifting. Are there any special techniques or considerations for individuals with my condition? I've read about removed discs and working with back pain but I haven't seen any posts or threads with this specific condition. I'm just wondering if anyone here has any experience with this. Thanks for everything!

I'm trying to delete this thread. I accidentally started two threads. My apologies.
