Prowler
Mark, is it possible to train the Prowler for incremental loading, and if so what would be the benefit?

Don't ask Rip a question until you've searched the forum, looked through the articles, read his books, and done your own research. Check out the Matt Reynolds article "Death by Prowler." It'll answer just about every question you could ever have about the prowler, and it'll provide you with some useful data on the immediate, non oxidative, and oxidative energy systems in the body as well. But with your specific question: Do you mean "for incremental loading" as in for the purpose of effective barbell training? Or with incremental loading as in simply adding more weight to the prowler each time you use it.
