    Default Osteochondrosis lower back

I was diagnosed with osteochendrosis and protrusion in my lower back. So I stopped doing squats, deadlifts, presses and cleans for 8 weeks now. My back improved at first when I dropped those lifts but now it doesn't seem to get better at all for the last 6 weeks.
I visit a "sports-specialized" physiotherapist who tells me to do strange pelvis exercises that make my back hurt even more for the next 2 days. I used to do 5x10 back extensions together with 5x10 crunch machine, 3 times per week, for the last 2 months, now I dropped them since it doesn't seem to help. Also everytime I do any sport, my back hurts additonally bad for the next 2 days. Does anyone have experience with osteochendrosis and protrusion?

Sorry to hear about your back. While I haven't coached anyone with this specific diagnosis, I have had success training clients with back issues by applying principles that Will addresses in the vid linked below.
