Remember that being courageous is to face your fears. You can't be courageous if you are fearless so it is a opportunity to train courage and manliness.
Personally, I find it useful to allow the...
I'm curious if big coffee drinkers can benefit from a pre-workout coffee given how tolerant they might be to the thing...
Does anyone here have experience with specialized pre-workout supplements or food?
Have you found that it made a big difference in how much energy you felt for the squat/deadlift?
My gym sells...
Let's say you reach those numbers in your beginner progression...
Squat 350
Press 165
Bench 245
Dead 435
Plus whatever chin up, row or clean you do...
How time consuming do you think it'll...
Also I watched this quickly, but I believe your starting hip position was lower on your second link than the first. Ask yourself why? If you have a startup protocol, every first rep should look the...
First, without lifting 135, the start position will be harder to do. So put two 45 plates under the bar to raise it by an inch or two.
Next, spend a good 10 seconds getting in your start position....
English is my second language... I thought tights was synonym for the whole upper leg (muscles on all sides)
I hurt myself just like that. I didn't know there was a problem until it actually hurt me after 7 weeks of training. It put me out of training the squat and somewhat the press (seriously) for about 2...

What was his reaction?
I read he lost 60 pounds for The Machinist (2004), so maybe he just never managed (or tried) to make it back to his best size.
Do a google image search on the machinist.
Holy shit! You just made my day!
Sylvester Stallone ... Barney 'The Schizo' Ross
Jason Statham ... Lee Christmas
Jet Li ... Yin Yang
Dolph Lundgren ... Gunnar Jensen
You're right, now that I look closely, he doesn't look as asian as you.
(wtf kind of remark was that guy making!)
Holy fucking shit
I thought that too, hard to believe them when they could have provided proof so easily and yet I don't see any (in the text /lack of pics at least)
It warrants more thought that it is worth at this point since you will be done with the linear progression long before you find a reliable and relevant answer to this question.
I would agree to...
Unsure because of the viewing angle but...
1- Your starting position looks like shit. You lowered your hips, but didn't seem to lift your chest up and attempt to arch your back, so it seemed that...
Creatine is unlike some other supplements, in that once you stop taking it, you'll quickly lose a couple of pounds of water weight (held in your muscle) which will make them deflate a bit. And then...
I would like the thug comment more. But I like "gross" too. Isn't it funny how we derive pleasure from such comments?
I agree with someone who posted earlier (here or elsewhere) about enjoying...
