Should I keep front squats on wednesday?
I'm 5'11", 175 lbs.

I know the quality is awful... when I get near failure the weight seems to round my upper back. Is there anything I can do about that?
It doesn't happen when I'm lifting, not yet anyway.
It usually happens during the night after or a day later.
Every once in a while I get a nosebleed, and I think it's related to lifting. Usually it happens after deadlifts.
Is this something worth fretting over?
