Ok. So you're saying that when you do a cycle with wraps, your wrapped squat goes up, but the bottom portion gets a little weaker, so you raw squat goes down? Then once your bring the bottom portion...

Do you think a wrapped cycle carries over to belt only?
You get used to hook grip pretty fast. 250 hurt alot when I started, now 400 feels fine.
