Saturday went to coliseum, snatch and clean drills, pressed 95x5x3 and it felt like garbage, high bar squatted up to 225
Monday had wrestling practice: 2 mile run, pushups, situps, bodyweight...
LBH with Coach Artie
did the clean drills again
then snatch drills for a bit
then finished off with some light high bar squats to get used to them
went to Lost Battalion Hall
did some drills for the clean and high bar squat and then I low bar squatted 100kg for 3x5
i'll probably go to my normal gym tomorrow then LBH again on Thursday
had lots of fun. for the first two sessions I was a loader. it was a pretty small meet, probably only 35 people in total showed up. I was the only one in the 94kg weight class so I got a first place...
forgot the weights in the first 3 videos, but they're in order from lightest to heaviest. last video is 60.
