We live in an apartment. The 2nd bedroom is my gym. I have squat stands instead of a squat rack to save space. Granted it's a basement apartment. I just added a horse stall mat from Tractor Supply....

Never train there, but we have Hercules Gym. Lifters compete in the IPA, RPS. Also have about 5 Crossfit boxes, but I don't think you can just drop by and train.

How about going to a local park and simply run sprints? Doesn't cost a cent and its not complicated. Really. And Dr. Sullivan is right. 2x is good minimum.
