When I first started front squatting I could get something like 80kg for 3 reps... when I had a 150kg x 5 low bar. It was a disgustingly shitty low bar squat, but they all just about hit depth.
Say you had a guy who was 20% at maybe 170lbs, then reached 220lbs and was still 20%, would his face appear fatter at 220lbs? Just thinking...

I lost 13Kg over three months, lost ~2.5kg off my front squat and gained 2.5kg on my snatch and clean and jerk.

They're not trying hard enough.
Once you fail a squat, it becomes a whole lot easier to fail one again.
Not knowing how to fail means you have to get the fuck back up again no matter what, or you'll be crushed.
Because people aren't educated on the subject.
