My standing 1-RM is 187.5. I'd like to move it soon, but I think I have work to do to get there. I doubt I could've stood up with that tonight.
Not feeling stretch reflex is very common with female lifters. I never do either. Lia, I echo what John says - overall squat looks good. Hell you could cut a couple inches off your depth.
note of concern.
I like dumbbell rows a LOT and can do them fairly heavy but that's because i put my back into it. With the Pendlays, I was trying to be more strict... hence the LIGHT weight.
