Started SS in late June, having never really done barbell work aside from bench press before, but on-and-off gym attendance for nearly 20 years (most of it isolation stuff, 'cause I didn't know...
What's become clear to this noob after ~12 weeks of real lifting on SS (not GOMAD, really -- I'll get to that shortly) is that different goals require vastly different methods.
