Today:
Hill sprints. My legs were dead from yesterday. I'd like to say I did 10 sprints but in reality it was like 5 sprints and 5 fast runs. I got very dizzy toward the end.
And we REALLY appreciate our gainz.
I will add, I'm still not super strong, and I got a little but fat, and it's taken me twice as long as many others to acquire the strength that I have.
I also hurt my lower back. I reset my squat to 95 lbs, saw my chiro a bunch, and gained 20 lbs. I think the combo of muscle mass and practice is what did it.
I use WWGD for motivation too!
I got rid of it by squatting and getting stronger. Took forever. Gone for good so far.

You might be warming up too much, and I can almost guarantee you don't need 10 minute rests. I'd try cutting those in half. What do your war ups look like? Do you time your rests with a timer?
