Also, after testing stances a narrow stance seems to suit a high bar or front squat but when i widen my stance, I can stay on my midfoot better for the low bar (which is what I'd obviously rather do)

Thanks for sharing! I have found that with a wider stance, I can get more comfortably deeper so that's why I posted to ask. Feels better on my knees too.
