I can't see how i should be doing them wrong (the planks). I keep my body straight, like a plank, without letting my hips/lower back fall down.

I kinda like that the plank works your core isometrically, which should transfer better to squat+DL, right? Guess ab wheels are somewhat isometric too though? Also the plank works the T.A. muscle.
