There's nothing wrong with 3 meals a day if you can get the calories in, but you need more for breakfast, and a real lunch. Add more eggs and bacon, maybe potatoes, oats, veggies, fruit, milk,...
The one I used wasn't the same design as the one pictured in this thread, but it just wasn't stable. One of the jack's (never both at the same time) would tend to topple over or the bar would come...
I've used the mini jacks and found them to be a pain, but love the full size jack (which I use regularly).
