I have been doing SS for a couple of weeks. I am new to weightlifting and would like the feedback on my form.

Are you aware that you are doing a high-bar squat?

Yes, It took me a few sessions to find a comfortable position and high bar seems to work. Will try to work on the position and try the low bar position.

How do you think the rest of the form is?

Still in the middle of reading the book. Watched a lot of videos online, but did not get the DVD yet.

All your reps are high. It looks like you're trying to apply the cues meant for a low bar squat to your high bar squat.

Those aren't squats, those are half-squats. Three inches too high. Widen the stance and get deep. (And try the low bar, it's worth it.)

read the squat section in the book, then compare your form.

Thanks, I widened my stance and tried the low bar. Still think I need to get a little deeper. Let me know what you think, thanks.

Can't judge depth from that angle, but those look better. Bar position looks good. You probably need to do a better job shoving your knees out.
