Good write-up by Hurling. One of the fun things about being a platform coach is that you learn something new each time you teach people how to coach, as we certainly did this time. This may have been one of our more geographically strewn (people from England AND Japan) seminars that we've had in some time.

I was there too, and I fully agree with everything that has been written. Every single coach was great, it didn't matter how much or how little experience we had, they would meet us at our individual level and work with us. If anyone even THINKS about attending one of Rip's seminars they need to DO IT. Rip and all of the coaches really earned their money. They put in some very long hours at the seminar as well as prep work and travel time. I have to laugh every time I think about David asking a question with his British accent, and Rip responding with his Texas accent. What a diverse group. I have to say that this was the most fun I have had in the past two years. My wife said I should go again next year. I don't think I am going to argue with her this time. Until then I will continue to lift, and practice saying "Bull Shit" with a Texas accent.

So envious of all of you, if my school had not scheduled a neuroscience exam this week I would have been able to go. Hopefully you guys can come back to Costa Mesa soon!
