Looks ok, although you could be a little quicker and aggressive, and you could put your head down a little bit to get a neutral neck alignment.
You look a little tentative when you reach the bottom of the squat, as though you are checking depth in the mirror. Maybe squat on the other side of the cage so you can't see the mirror, then you can fix your eyes on a spot six feet in front of you on the floor.
