    Default Sets vs. Reps

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    Thinking of playing around with repition ranges for a little bit while workouts are scattered due to personal schedule. If I follow TM can I substitue a new rep range and use the same number of sets or should I reduce the number of sets?

    Wed 250x3x12

    I know this looks crazy but I think what Davis meant was 250x5x20 for the Month Of November. Sounds ambitious, but may work! Good luck!
