How do you know it is nerve pain and not simply a little medial epicondylitis?
I don't really. My understanding is that the medial epicondylitis would be from overuse, but I haven't been doing the chins that long. It seemed to come on as soon as started the chins. On the other hand, the overuse could be from the bench press as well. So assuming it is m.e., what would you advise?
A little ibuprofen and more chins. And SEARCH FUNCTION from now on.
Thanks. That "SEARCH FUNCTION" hit me after my last post. I thought you'd get me on that.
how do you know it's the medial epicondyle. I find it interesting how everybody knows a particular part of human anatomy. It could be a bicep strain. Because most people haven't experienced many injuries you can easily mistake one type of pain for another.
I have experienced many injuries. That's why they ask me.
And I hate money too. Being broke makes everything so much easier.
Ok lol but do u feel the particular pain that he is feeling lol. It's like when someone says their sciatica is flaring up lol. A perfectly fine intervertebral disc full of sciatic pain.
I think I read somewhere you had a rotator cuff tear? Can you come back after. Something like that? Younknow as opposed to a completely herniated disc where athletes rarely come back stronger.
