Its more fun just to see you get mad when people question your self imagined expertise.

Bodybuilding is the lamest shit in the world, but kudos for wanting to stay natural.

Given points 1 and 2, where did the data come from to conclude point 3? I have to assume that you personally know many people who have done SS and have seen the results of their DEXA scans. Or you're pulling stuff out of your ass.
I started off by pointing out how ridiculous some people were for arguing over semantics regarding bodybuilding. I don't have a good perception of body fat levels because I've never gotten mine checked. I do however know that most people under-estimate how much body fat they are actually carrying. The figure I used was meaningless, but I thought someone with perception would understand what I meant. In other words, if a person's goals are to be a bodybuilder, gaining 60-70 pounds in a few months probably isn't the best approach, unless you want to spend many more months dieting. Arguing over the validity of bodybuilding is meaningless. I think bodybuilding is in many ways quite ridiculous, but to each his own.

I did well under SS, but, all things being equal, massive weight gain may not be the best approach if you're after a physique that consists of less than 10% body fat, which is what the OP is after.
