i know quite a few asians whose definitions of strength and size are this:
I started SS on 01/11/2011, weighing about 165lbs at 5'7.
I did my last sessions of SS this week, weighing 176lbs, with the current lifts
Squat - 242lbs
Deadlift - 300lbs
Bench - 165lbs
Press - 123lbs
Clean - 154lbs
Pullup - BW + 50lbs
My estimated calorie intake throughout the 4 months was roughly 2500-3000 calories per day. Sometimes less.
Now, flame me all you want, but I'm asian and our defination of strength and size is this

My family and friends already think I'm a fat fuck now.
But still, I'm pretty happy with the results, managed to reach or exceed my goal of 1.5 BW deadlift, 1.25 Squat, almost 1.0 Bench, and 0.7 Press.
Going to switch to 5/3/1 and slowly increase those lifts now, while maintaining weight

Our smaller heads will look like pins on those bodies.
Jokes aside, I was diagnosed with hereditary high cholesterol/blood pressure last year and advised to keep my weight within an acceptable range.
But Bruce lee is still my idol
If you've only been "not doing the program" for 4 months, you're still a novice, and switching to 5/3/1 could actually de-train your lifts.
uhhh what? citation?
I'm 20lbs+ past BW bench press on LP and I was "YNDTP" for quite awhile (not enough calories, which I've since changed). Have you tried micro-loading?
I personally dread the day where I have to move on to something other than LP programming.
edit:
I'm pretty sure I saw it mentioned that stonerider saw great results micro-loading bench press while doing LP, far beyond body weight (correct me if I'm wrong).
