    Hello.

I have been doing the program for a while(4 months) but I have not been getting the results I want(everything seems to be moving slowly). (I am 20, 210lb 6'2 male, my bench is 185x5, and so is my squat, my deadlift is 230 and my sitting Press is 125x5(not enough room to do a standing OHP).

I eat enough and I usually sleep enough.

I do have a slight medical condition and I wonder if it has an effect.

I have one mildly undescended testicle(the other one is fine) and I am wondering if this could be affecting my ability to put on muscle?

I also normally feel very tired the day after I workout to the point that I don't want to do anything.

Typically a monorchid adapts the single testicle to compensate for the undescended one. I'm not quite sure what "mildly undescended" involves. Just have your test level checked and you'll know. Had this not occurred to you?
