    Age: 24
    Sex: Male
    Height: 177cm (~5'10)
    Weight: 86,5kg (~191 pounds)
    Occupation: Student of veterinary medicine
    Country: Germany

I started training in 2011 and competed in my first powerlifting meet last saturday (raw, IPF, -93kg class) ending up with a 600 kg (~1320 pound) total weighing in at 86,5kg.
    My best lifts were a
    210 kg Squat (460 pounds)
    150 kg Bench (330 pounds
    240 kg Deadlift (530 pounds)

I went 8/9 and got 3 white lights on every lift besides my first deadlift attempt which got red lighted because I slightly lost balance after locking out the lift.
    First deadlift (redlighted)

I enjoyed my first competition very much and am looking forward to getting stronger and stepping on the platform again.

    Wednesday:

    GPP: (chins, abz, curlz)

    Thursday:
    Comp. SQ: 160kgx7@7, 170kgx7@7.5, 180kgx8@9 PR!, 170kgx8@9
    Comp. Bench: 115kgx7@7, 122,5kgx7@8, 127,5kgx7@9, 120kgx7@8.5
    Press: 75kgx7@7, 80kgx7@8, 85kgx7@9, 80kgx7@8.5, 80kgx7@9.5
    Chins: 2x20 with BW
5x 20 sec sprint on c2 rower (pretty exhausting actually)

Decided to hit some backoff sets today because I feel really well rested and I don't feel any need to artificially downregulate my training volume at this point.

Very good session today. Had some adductor pain from pulling sumo in the past but felt fine after competition and today as well.

    Sunday:

    GPP (chins, abz, curlz)

    Monday:
    Comp. Squat: 180kgx4@7, 190kgx4@8, 195kgx4@9 PR!, 185kgx4@8, 185kgx4@8.5, 185kgx4@9
    Comp. Bench: 130kgx4@7, 135kgx4@8, 140kgx4@9 PR!, 132,5kgx4@8, 132,5kgx4@8.5, 132,5kgx4@9
    2sec p Bench: 120kgx5@7.5, 127,5x5@9, 120kgx5@8, 120kgx5@9
    Chins

Hit some small PRs on squat and bench and groin continued to feel awesome throughout the whole workout. I am still reluctant but I hope I can improve my competition deadlift a bit by actually doing the movement at all. Good day in the gym!

    Wednesday:
    Conv. DL: 185kgx5@7, 195kgx5@8, 205kgx5@9 PR!, 192,5kgx5@8, 192,5kgx5@9

    2s pause SQ (beltless): 150kgx6@7.5, 157,5kgx6@9, 150kgx6@9

I broke the lever of my belt for the 2nd time in 3 months today - will get a new one. The old one was of bad quality and rundown anyway. Squat and bench performance was unsatisfactory.

    Friday:
    Comp SQ: 170kgx6@7, 180kgx6@8.5, 185kgx6@9.5, 175kgx6@9
    Comp. Bench: 120kgx6@7, 125kgx6@8, 130kgx6@10, 120kgx6,6,6,6
Press: 15 min AMRAP with 70kg: 50-60 reps

Really bad training day. Back still very sore from deadlifts, new lever belt adjustet too tight and ripping the skin off my hip bones.
Also developed some really bad calf pain from squatting in my oly shoes today again despite all efforts to improve ankle flexibility and will switch back to flat shoes for my competition squat because pain is seriously impacting my squat volume and I squat 2-3 inches below parallel anyway.

    Saturday:
    Sumo DL: 210kgx4@8..., 220kgx2@9...
Lots of groin pain, being disappointed and being bitchy

    Sunday:
Comp. SQ: 180kgx5,5,5 (in flat shoes, sucked) -> 180kgx5,5 (in oly shoes, sucked way less)
    Comp. Bench: 130kgx5x5
100 BW upperhand chins in 6 sets

    Monday:
Comp. SQ: 150kgx10,10,10,10 (oly shoes, RPE 7.5 on last set at most, no calfpain)
    Comp. Bench: 110kgx10,10,10,10 (hard)
    BB Curlz: 60kgx10,9,8,8

Calf pain not caused by oly shoes, but much rather by me squatting way too deep and overtaxing my ankle flexibility. Didn't squat too deep and had no pain.

    starting strength coach development program
    comp. SQ: 160kgx5setsx8reps
    comp. BP: 115kgx5setsx8reps
Sumo DL: 200kgx3@7, 210kgx3@pain (fuck that)
    Conv. DL: 170kgx4setsx8reps
    strict Press: 70kgx5setsx8reps
    Chins: BWx3setsxAMRAP
    Curlz: 60kgx3setsx8reps

Got everything done in 2 hours, weights were pretty light on everything. Adjusted my belt too loose and stopped using it because it didn't help at all like that after my 2nd squat set.
Most volume I've done in a training session in my entire life for sure.
    Happy Christmas everyone!
