That was all done in 10 weeks. My legs have always grown better/stronger than my upper body for whatever reason. Anyways, I got off it for a while, and my first year teaching elementary school caused so many stresses that I lost a lot of strength. I'm currently starting back up heavy eating and rippetoe again, so i'm starting my lifts out at....

315x1x5 conventional dl
165x3x5 bp (i know, chest got massively weak)
these are all easy though, as i plan on saving room for much progression. i'm hoping my body doesn't suck so bad that i have zero muscle memory. we'll see though. and yeah i'm changing the back squat for front squat. sorry ripp.
