It varies a lot with travel, but I try to train 3-4 times a week, with a mix of metcon and strength. No pattern at all, just trying to stave off death.

Are you progressing in either strength or metcon? What are your latest RM's?

Make sure you train your biceps a lot. Most important bodypart, you know.

And while we are on the subject on how you train- what does your diet consist off?
I'm not looking for actuals or anything- I am just wondering what an already in shape/ strong person in their 50's thats not skinny or fat and is not looking to break any lifting/metcon records eats to stave off death.

So tell us what you have written down on paper from your last workout. Do you squat every time you train like you make us(not that we don't love it)? We are nosey fuckers aren't we?

I eat basically Paleo, because starchy carbs make me fat and I like meat. Steak, venison, beef, ham, pork, bacon, cabbage, greens, salad stuff. Good wine, a little good beer, good whisky and whiskey. No bread, potatoes, rice, sugar in the house, but maybe a little when traveling for certs. I do metcon, squats, deadlifts, lots of chins, pull the sled, presses, clean & press, snatches occasionally. I deadlift in the low 300s for reps, squat in the high 200s for reps, press about 185, chin my bodyweight x 16-17. Now, run along.
