Week 6 Day 3
Called for 450x3x1, instead did
Video below of both sets with 450.
Bent Rows (bodybuilder style) - 5x10
Lat pulls to the front - 5x10

Video 450lbs for 1x1 and 1x2 instead of doing 3x1. Damn phone went blurry again. I really need to find my digital camera:

We got our's from 2 different guys for 70 bucks each. The guys didn't know each other and lived about 10 miles apart. They couldn't remember where they got them, they're pretty damn old. Probably bought them from the same place though. Definitely worth making if you could. You can do pushdowns and cable curls too with them.
Week 6 Day 4
50% - 145x8
60% - 175x6
70% - 205x5
75% - 220x2x4
80% - 230x40 total reps done as:
230x8x5 - smooth, pretty easy. Rested about 2-3 mins between sets, probably closer to 2.
Incline DB Bench - 3x5 super heavy
85x1x5 - too easy
90x2x5 - hard, just right.
Pushups - 2 sets to failure
Reverse BB Curls - 3x15
