    Warmups
    135x1x3
    185x1x2

    Alternating DB Curls

    DB Hammer Curls (non-alternating)

Video 210lbs push press 7x2, last two sets, pardon the shitty zoom on the first set shown. Must have bumped some setting on the phone:
I can't say that you're doing them correctly or incorrectly. But they look like my push presses.

After 6 weeks now with Steel, I must say I'm enjoying it a lot. I'm actually heading down to UPenn on Sunday to train with him there.

Deads looked really good. I like that pulldown machine. I could build one of those for around 125 bucks minus the pulleys and cable.

    Thanks dude, they felt good.

We got our's from 2 different guys for 70 bucks each. The guys didn't know each other and lived about 10 miles apart. They couldn't remember where they got them, they're pretty damn old. Probably bought them from the same place though. Definitely worth making if you could. You can do pushdowns and cable curls too with them.
